Assignment: We are working on a This I Believe essay in class this week. Also, you will see homework based on the gods and goddesses of The Odyssey. The students will be researching the major gods and goddesses and writing a brief explanation of each one in our preparation for reading The Odyssey. Each advanced student needs to have a copy of the book by the end of the week and each regular ninth grade student needs The Essential Odyssey by the beginning of next week.
