NOTES:   Grades have been posted on Skyward.  If you need help accessing your child's grades, please check with the guidance office. Please make sure your child has a 3-ring notebook that is just for social studies materials. I will soon be handing out information about our field trip to the Truman Library and Museum for the White House Decision Center simulation on Nov. 16 or 17.  The cost of the trip, materials, and simulation at the WHDC is $15.  A letter will soon be given kids and parents in October.  This money will be due by Monday, Oct. 26.  Students will be given the WHDC manual.  We will be doing four modules from this manual prior to our trip.

ASSIGNMENT: Wed. or Thur. and Fri.  - We will watch the 1787 video of the writing of the Constitution. If time permits on Friday, we will start reviewing and discussing the amendments and hopefully handing out the WHDC letter about the trip to the Truman library. Monday we are gonig to the library to try out our new Skyward passwords. Tuesday we will be reviewing/discussing the amendments.
