NOTES:   Grades have been posted on Skyward.  If you need help accessing your child's grades, please check with the guidance office. Please make sure your child has a 3-ring notebook that is just for social studies materials. White House Decision Center - Nov. 16 or 17.  The cost of the trip, materials, and simulation at the WHDC is $15.  A letter will soon be given kids and parents in October.  This money will be due by Monday, Oct. 26.  Students will be given the WHDC manual.  We will be doing four modules from this manual prior to our trip.

ASSIGNMENT: WHDC $15 is now due for the coming field trip. Monday - shortened period again - 6 days straight for shortened periods. -Handed out WHDC books to those who have paid. -Worked in groups on health care paragraphs for 15+ minutes.  Due Tuesday for 100 points. -Started sharing info about Hiratsuka Exchange trip. Tuesday -Collect Truman WHDC $$S. -Collect paragraphs from groups. -Continue with Hiratsuak trip info. -Start assignments in WHDC books Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday.
